Odds in Sports Betting may change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded, subject to specific conditions.
Live Casino
In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a disconnection occurs, the game will be voided and the bet refunded. In the event of a dealer error, a decision will be made after reviewing the game recording.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:
